"In addition to Manjoi, there are several other places that have got additional allocation for this effort, including the construction of new hospitals in Parit Buntar, Manjung and Seri Iskandar," he said.
Dr. Zambry added, the construction of the health clinic is also a result of hard work by the former Manjoi State Assemblyman Mohamad Ziad Mohamed Zainal Abidin who often voiced the issue in state assembly sessions.
He was speaking to reporters after completing the Manjoi Health Clinic Ground Breaking event at the project site in Manjoi, near here on Saturday.
Also present, former Manjoi assemblyman, Mohamad Ziad, and State Health Department director, Dr Ding Lay Ming.
The five-storey Manjoi Health Clinic will provide a number of services including health checks, X-ray facilities, dental services, rehab and so on.
